Journaling

I’ve written about journaling in the past, and to tell you the truth, will keep on talking about it because I genuinely believe that it is something that we all need to be doing.

I have tried both digital and analog versions, and for me, I have found that taking the time to sit down and write things on paper feels much more therapeutic.

Writing things down gives me a chance to see things from a different angle.

It feels better than simply talking out loud.

Having a journal also helps me to remember those things that are important to me.

We all know our memories fade, though having a sort of permanent record of things is a way to make sure that they don’t.

Journalling helps me to plan things out, make sense of things that seem confusing, etc.

If you aren’t doing it as well, try it for a month, and see how you go.

What’s the worst that could happen?
