When was the last time you read the manual for your car, and followed what it said?
Social media is full of people showing what happens when you don’t follow the instructions on how to put together Ikea furniture.
Even more importantly, we have seen what happens in the hospitality industry when you take a modern award to be a guide rather than what to do.
