How much water do you drink in a day?

If you are like most people, it probably isn’t near enough.

According to the ABS, we, on average, consume 1.29L of water a day.

Whereas we are supposed to consume between 2.0 – 2.5L a day.

Now, that amount doesn’t have to come from the tap directly, it can come from high water content foods or other drinks.

Though, only if that drink or food product isn’t using water in the process.

How much water you need to, and should drink is up to you.

Though, don’t rely on thirst to be an indicator of when you should drink.

By then, you may actually be dehydrated…
