We need to be building better communities, not stronger cliques.
A community accepts people with differing views, beliefs, hobbies, etc.
A community will band together to help each other because they know the community is only as strong as its weakest member.
A clique only accepts you if you conform to the dominant belief.
Fail to conform, with that belief and you may find yourself on the outer.
Spend too much time on the outer, and you will find yourself out.
Strong cliques don’t make for a better society, stronger communities do.
