How many things are you holding on to that you shouldn’t be?
These could be a particular view or belief about something.
It could be an old piece of clothing that you no longer wear.
Some of these things we hold on to because we might use them one day.
Though the reality is that we probably won’t.
We hold on to other things because they make us feel comfortable, or they are attached to who we think we are.
Either way, if they aren’t serving us, or being used, we should get rid of them.
The more things we get rid of, the more space we make for newer things.
And, who knows, these newer things may just make us a better person.
