How often do we take a comment personally?
Someone may say they don’t agree with something we have done, or say something to us that we don’t like.
Then, all of a sudden, for some reason, it becomes some sort of personal insult.
Except the thing is, it isn’t.
What someone says about us, or what we have done doesn’t change what we have done.
If the comments cause us to change our view on what we did, admit it, then move on.
If they don’t, ignore it, and move on.
