About a week or so ago, Russell Brunson posted something on his facebook page about using the F word, as a “pattern interrupt”.
Which got me thinking.
If using bad language is the way you interrupt something, what will you do when it loses its impact?
(Usually because everyone else is doing it).
Or, what if you can’t, because swearing isn’t acceptable in the workplace?
Now, to be clear, I don’t really care whether you swear in what you are doing or not.
How would this pattern interrupt work for those who profanity means nothing to?
Surely, there has to be a better way to present a pattern interrupt.
