Despite making many attempts to prove to myself otherwise, I cannot multitask.
Attempting to multitask usually meant that every task took longer than it should.
So, I no longer try to.
Yet many of us still think we can.
Which really has me scratching my head.
I think it is time for many of us to acknowledge that we are only human, and stop trying to be otherwise.
If you are writing a blog post, which we should all be doing, turn everything off, and focus on that.
If you are on the phone to someone, turn the computer off and listen to them.
Whatever it is that you are doing, do just that, then move on to the next one.
It makes life a whole lot easier and simpler.
