Don’t Value Things Outside Your Control

The more we value things outside our control, the less control we have.

What is more important to you?

The number of social media followers you have, or what sort of person you are?

Though it doesn’t have to be social media followers.

It could be the corner office, and title on your business card.

Or even the flashy car that you drive.

Any of those things could be take away from you at any point.

Then where would you be?

A far better option is to genuinely value who we are, and work on being a better person every day.
