Asking for help seems to be one of those things that so few of us are able to do.
Yet, here is Marcus Aurelius telling us, all those years ago, that there is nothing wrong in doing that.
Maybe we should all take a leaf out of the book of this Roman Emperor, and not be afraid to ask for help when needed.
