I mean, who are you really?
I am not talking about the title that is on your business card.
Who are you?
Is the person who you are when the lights are off, and no one is looking, the person you want to be?
Is that the same as the person that everyone else sees?
If not, why not?
What changes can you make to be the person you want to be?
