We know that it is good to have a mentor to help us navigate our way through things, though how many of us have mentees?
Being a mentor for someone else helps us to understand what it is we are doing.
It also helps those who are where we were a not that long ago.
It also helps us to understand and work with our own mentors better.
And more importantly, it gives something back to “society”.
