When you learn something, most of the time you don’t fully understand it until you actually “do it”.
Way back when I built some furniture for the kids, I “knew” how to do it because I read the plans on how to make it.
Actually making it was a little bit of a different story.
The wood that was picked was a little different to what they used in the plans.
We made it a bit taller than the plans said, so that had to be changed too.
How many other things are in our lives that we “know” though don’t actually put into practice?
We “know” we should be exercising more, sitting less, eating better etc.
It is only when we “do” these things that we actually understand why we were meant to.
