Wouldn’t you believe it, my name is Cameron Blewett, a food safety professional and writer based in Melbourne, Australia.

I’ve spent the better part of seven years working in the food industry. Most of that time has been spent doing the unglamorous work of making sure food businesses actually operate safely, not just tick boxes and call it compliance.

I also write.

This blog is where I post short-form thoughts on food safety, business, and whatever else I’m working through.

It’s not a content strategy.

It’s just writing.

Outside of this, I run The Food Safety-ist, a newsletter for people who take food safety seriously, and I ghostwrite LinkedIn content for leaders in the food safety space.

I’m also the host of a hyperlocal community podcast, which may or may not be of interest to you.
