It’s been a while since I wrote a “What I’m Reading” post.
To tell you the truth, I totally forgot about it due to having too many other things to write about.
That being said, I am back with this one, and I have it scheduled in my calendar.
The last book that I wrote about was Lee Child’s book “No Middle Name”, which was a collection of Jack Reacher short stories.
Being honest here, the book left me with mixed feelings.
Some of the short stories were good. While others didn’t impress me.
Still, when all is said and done, it would still be a book that I would recommend to other fans of the Jack Reacher series.
This week’s book, which I am almost finished is my yearly reading of Seneca’s Letters from a Stoic.
It is one of those books that you always find something new in it, every time you read it.
I find it fascinating that the things Seneca was writing to his friend about nearly two thousand years ago, are still relevant today.
If you are going to read it, I suggest that you read a letter or two a day, and think about what was said, before moving onto the next one.
Will talk a bit more about it next week.
